Thanks to the Art Show Sponsors

     Eleven community-minded individuals and businesses stepped forward to sponsor the first annual Competitive Art Exhibition on Dec. 1, 2012.  Their generosity made it possible for the Union Arts Council to create an event to showcase local artists, reward their efforts with ribbons and cash prizes, and to support the newly formed art program at Farmerville High School.  These sponsors are

Claiborne Electric Cooperative
Community Trust Bank
Joseph Cusimano, Jr., Attorney at Law
Mr. & Mrs. Vernon Sharp
Joel Taylor, Taylor & Wilkes CPA

Pam & Benoit Holloway

Leslie Cobb, Dean of Flowers
Robert Earle, Attorney at Law
First National Bank
Chris Harpin, CMH Training
Denise Jones, Georgia Bell's General Store

Sponsors were invited to attend the exclusive Preview Party the evening
before the public show.  Pictured at the event are (L to R) Jenifer Gray,
representing First National Bank; Chris and Carla Harpin of CMH Training;
and Farmerville High School art teacher Courtney Mardis.

Jenifer Gray (left), Arts Council secretary and FNB representative, and Nancy Love arranged the enticing serving table for the Sponsor Preview Party on Friday night.
